1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application and/or code provided by ProtoThings.Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the application and/or code and delete it from your device.

2. License to Use

ProtoThings.Tech grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the application. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the application as provided by us, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the application.

  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the application.

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ProtoThings.Tech or its affiliates.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect any personal data or user information through this application and/or code, aside from the standard, anonymized metrics provided to developers by the Google Play Store. By using the application/code, you acknowledge and agree to this operating model.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ProtoThings.Tech expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the application, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

ProtoThings.Tech provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the application will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of ProtoThings.Tech and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the application (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ProtoThings.Tech be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
